arm64 version of binary

Due to #1160 we can't install python version of ggshield (with pre-commit.sh), and there is no arm64 version available at https://cloudsmith.io/~gitguardian/repos/ggshield/packages/

Please build and provide an arm64 version of the ggshield binary 🙏🏻

Describe alternatives you've considered

I'd like to use the python version, but the dependencies are old and becoming blocker (see #1160)

Note that following #1176, #1160 was completed which means you should now be able to use the python version.
If this isn't the case, we'll look into maybe releasing an arm64 version.
