Enhancement: GPU-Accelerated VRAD

Describe your enhancement suggestion in more detail

It would be nice to have VRAD use the GPU aswell as the CPU, instead of turning your computer into a potato and taking a while on larger maps.
GPU-Acceleration would be great to have. Here's the pros and cons of this.
Pros:

1. You can actually use your computer when compiling VRAD.
2. Faster lighting compile.

Cons:

1. Possibly may be hard to code.
