Bug: Inaccurate 2D viewport rendering #1760

@VortexParadox

Description

@VortexParadox

Describe the bug

On Linux, the 2D viewports can render things like vertices, bounding boxes and brush boundaries inaccurately, where each individual overlay can be offset from the actual thing they represent (like offset vertices from the brush boundary).
I've not tested in Windows, but I don't remember seeing this issue when I used Hammer there, so I'm assuming it's Wine related.

The Top view in particular seems to suffer the most. It's like a vertex imprecision effect.

To Reproduce

  1. Open any document.
  2. Create brushes and entities to populate the document.
  3. Take a look around the 2D viewports.
