With these settings, UEFI will not boot.
If you change the number of CPUs, it will boot normally.
How can we reproduce this?
When creating a new VM, select Windows 11 as the guest OS.
By default, UEFI is enabled and 2 CPUs are configured.
When you start the created VM, UEFI stops during the boot process.
Did you upload all of your necessary log files, screenshots, etc.?
