IMO, in the "add to album" view the user should have albums sorted by last updated as the default view, regardless of whether this is implemented.

This would remove the need for displaying the "recent" section, which is sometimes useful but often disappears too soon.

The existence of the "recent" section in the first place shows that it would be much more useful to just always display the latest updated albums first, I doubt people want to scroll further down/use the search bar to find an album they frequently use every time they want to add something to it.

Just some thoughts for whoever ends up implementing this.
