It's not an issue, just a question.

There are 2 PostgreSQL built-in functions very useful in various aggregations. But there are still no such functions within EF.Functions. Are there any technical issues with the implementation? Or is it just a low priority?

Have you looked at the docs? These already have translations on DateTime directly (not EF.Functions).
