Feature/Unified API request(pls read)

I have an app named ToDo and I was making a second version and i use net10.0- desktop and android targets since my app runs on windows and android but my second version as gonna add notifications but Windows.UI.Notifications hasn't been cross platformized, I've tried other alternatives on NuGet but they need the native windows target and no, I will not switch to that so can you guys, the uno platform team cross platformize Windows.UI.Notifications or put it in your features and priorities for version 7.0 for whenever that releases
