Hello, when I saw this project, I thought I had to support this great project.
I hope Japanese people also know about this!
I'll just note that Japanese and English have different grammar, so some translations are a bit weird.

One question: in my browser's automatic translation from Japanese back into English, the translated title shows up as: "Your smartphone is about to become yours." Is that a mis-translation? It seems like the opposite of the message we are trying to convey…

Yes, it is a mis-translation. Maybe too much hiragana confused the translator...
If I put that text to some translator websites (like DeepL, etc), it says "Your smartphone is about to stop being yours.".
I think using Kanji might help prevent it, like:

あなたのスマートフォンが、あなたの物では無くなろうとしています。

I hope that this works, and please let me know how it went.
