🎨 Palette: Enhanced CLI Polish and Prefect Traceability

This PR implements several micro-UX improvements to the Quickstart scaffold:

1. Improved CLI Scanability: Key metrics like customer counts and execution durations are now highlighted in bold cyan in the terminal output, making them stand out from standard log text.
2. Enhanced Prefect Traceability: Added descriptive 'name' parameters to flows and tasks, along with dynamic 'task_run_name' for mapped tasks (e.g., 'process-{customer_id}'). This significantly improves the observability and professional feel of the Prefect dashboard UI.
3. Consistency: Applied these improvements across both '01_getting_started.py' and '02_logging.py'.

These changes improve both the local terminal experience and the remote orchestration observability without changing any underlying logic.
