This adds the Pangolin Pro 16 (pang16) to tech docs.

I was unable to locate some part numbers. The heatsink didn't seem to have a part number on it, only serial numbers. The speakers also didn't seem to have part numbers written on them. Also not entirely sure if the part number I've got for the bottom (D) panel is for the entire thing, or just the plastic skeleton (that goes inside the metal part), and missing part numbers for the A, B, and C panels. We can add any of that if we get it from the manufacturer.

Aside from that, I think this is ready for review.

Also want to note for posterity, I've got the display listed as the CSOT MNG007DA8-1 since that's what the raw get-edid output shows (it doesn't show the model number when running through parse-edid or edid-decode), but Panelook only has a MNG007DA1-8 listed (which looks like it could match what's in the panp16).
