feat: add state/settings summary page

At a high level, this PR aims to provide a better synthetic view for potential diagnostics issues based on the state and settings log files.

What it does:

• Creates a "Summary" view that's the default view for the "State and Settings" tab.
• Moves all log analytics away from the sidebar and individual JSON views into this view.
• Each state and setting file is now displaying its raw contents.
